1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse Appraka, purchase an Appraka product, or use our software and support. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and eligibility
Appraka creates digital performance tools for magicians and mentalists. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country. Product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and prices are shown on the relevant product page.
3. Orders and payment
Payments, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Paddle, our merchant-of-record partner. Your order is accepted when Paddle confirms the completed transaction. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, fraud prevention, or platform rules.
4. License
Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase grants one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use that version of the software for lawful performances. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute the software, access credentials, or private installation material.
5. Delivery and support
Digital delivery and setup information are sent to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and compatible devices. Support is available at support@appraka.com.
6. Acceptable use
You must use the products lawfully and responsibly. Do not use them to steal information, access systems without permission, harass, deceive for financial gain, or cause harm. Performance and entertainment use remains your responsibility.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep our products reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Operating-system, device, or third-party service changes may affect compatibility. We may provide fixes, updates, or reasonable replacement instructions where practical.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Appraka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
